I have used the service many times in the pat. The driver was timely, called before he came and very professional which is why I selected a 10 score. BUT .. The load included a ride on mower ( whic h I did specify in the original booking. ) You sent ONE employee . In order to get the mower on the truck, a male family member had to provide significant assistance. Maybe you need to more closely review the load descruiptions? IThis could have easily caused a second truck to have to be dispatched or caused a serious injury to the employee .

These men are fast, flexible and thorough. They always do a great job. I've hired them several times for some pretty hefty jobs. Great company!
