They work hard

Although not at designated time due to large pickup before me they communicated and explained the delay. They were both courteous and polite and extremely efficient when they arrived. Both were great examples of young men in our workforce. I recommend them strongly.... they were awesome.

I am a returning customer, having used 1-800-GOT-JUNK many times while living in California. I was pleased that they had service in Central Florida, my current residence. I was able to pick my day and time for pickup of the items and got immediate confirmation of the service. On the day of service, Giovanni, the lead on the job, called me to give me an approximate ETA for the truck. They arrived on time - Giovanni, Kyle and Marcus, and quickly and efficiently got the items and got them loaded, even though several of the items were very heavy and needed 2 to carry. All were very professional, clean, and friendly. Very pleased to have 1-800-GOT-JUNK in my area.

COURTEOUS, PROMPT workers

My freezer quit working so I had food which I had to throw away. My garbage collection was not until the end of the week so I called one 800 got junk to have them take it off for me. I was told a minimum amount was required as far as the money to pay when the guys got here and saw that I only had a few bags of garbage they significantly and I mean significantly reduce the price that I had to pay that was very kind and I truly appreciate it
