I had another junk company that has to do with some “college “ guys cancel my appt the day before bc I didn’t answer a text the same day. Also spent 45 min on the phone and sent pics of a piano I needed moved only to be quoted double an hour before they came to pick it upCalled 800Gotjunk and they were able to come out the same day, even earlier and lower price! Jacob and John were amazingly quick, even without safety gear for them to get the "junk" into the truck. A lift gate is really necessary for them as both a safety tool AND for them to have longevity. They muscled the piano into the back, but shouldn't have had too. I did let the scheduling person know what was being picked up, so there is no excuse as to why they don't have better equipment.
