Making the appointment was very easy. Ricardo the agent I spoke with took his time to answer all of my questions and provided an estimate for the work to be done along with a time frame for my appointment. On the day of the appointment I received an initial call from Evan who gave me an estimated time frame of when I could expect the truck to arrive. I next received a call from Alex and John letting me they would arrive in about 30 minutes. Once on site John reviewed the junk to be taken away and provided an estimate for the work. I accepted the the estimate and John, Alex and the 3rd person (sorry I forgot his name) proceeded to load the truck. They did this very efficiently and took about 45 to 60 minutes to complete the job. All the time they were very courteous and friendly, and made sure I had all my questions answered. At the end John asked if there was anything else that needed to be hauled away. They thanked me for using 1-880 Got Junk and wished me a good day.The only very minor comment on the negative side was that Ricardo said I would receive an email within a few minutes confirming my appointment. However, after about 90 minutes I had to call back as I hadn't receive the initial The agent I spoke with apologized, promptly set me the email and stayed on the line until I confirmed it's receipt. This was only a very minor inconvenience and everything else was worthy of a 10 rating.Thank you......
