I've not used a junk removal service before but the appeal of 1-800 GJ was that we didn't have to load any of the items onto the truck. It was done for us. The crew were very polite, worked quickly and accommodated our requests with a professional attitude. Excellent when explaining how things worked and what our cost would be. Very satisfied!
