Able to remove the dryer. I was aware they would not be able to remove the washer. Both guys were very professional and communicated well. I will request them both when I go forward with all other items to be collected. Price was right.

The pick-up team couldn’t make it the day I scheduled, but I received lots of updates throughout the day and they were able to reschedule first thing the next morning which met our deadline. The guys were friendly and accommodating when they arrived. They went so far as to shovel the snow banks so they could pull in to the driveway. We appreciate their efforts. Thanks!
