Great customer service, ease of booking an appointment, by phone or online. Team arrived on time and first gave an estimate of the cost by configurng the bulk of the items to be removed. Given the go-ahead the work proceeded, took about an hour, most items had been piled together, but other pieces were "point and pick" which is a really convenient way to get rid of a variety of stuff. The team was efficient and professional and made the process easy.
