The two workers were very cleaver with organizing and loading a full truck.My challenge was with the scheduling department. After receiving my estimate, and following up with a phone call about date and time arrival, it turned out that information was not processed. The day of phone call revealed the problem but the office was able to reschedule for the same day pick up.
