The appointment was easy to set up online; they called ahead to get an idea of what they were to pickup; they called ahead to update me on their arrival time; they were on time; after reviewing what they were to pickup they estimated a price, based on their published sliding scale; they were courteous, thoughtful and considerate; and they cleaned up ledft over debris. Phew!! What a relief to get rid of the junk so easily!!
