Ease of scheduling the pick up! I couldn't be home until after 5 and they were still available at that time to come and pick up. On top of that their communication is great! They contacted me early in the day to confirm and then again later in the day to inform me of their ETA at my residence. The guys that came were friendly and went right to work in getting our junk packed up and gone.
