They are fast, with no long wait times to schedule a pick-up. Charles and Ash kept informed me informed about their ETA, they were respectful and careful removing items and they were courteous. I highly recommend 1 800 JUNK and that is because of Charles and Ash. Thank you Charles and Ash for great service
