Dear friends at Got Junk. I had the most MAGNIFICENT experience with your services yesterday. The two gentleman Ben & Benny did the most wonderful & perfect job for me yesterday. I am recovering from a surgery, and my husband is away on business. They were my HEROES. They removed everything in record time too. They were cheerful and kind. And very very efficient. I will recommend your service to all my friends. I just wanted you to know about my fabulous experience. And I hope the powers at be will give Ben & Benny a great reward for their excellence. John and JP were personable, knowledgeable, and efficient in their work. I cannot think of a single thing they could have done better. Based on their performance, I would not hesitate to recommend the service. The price was probably fair for the size of my load and the almost hour the both of them spent on site. I found the insistence on using text for most communications from the office a little frustrating and appreciated the phone contact before and on arrival. This text interface is becoming more common so it is not unique to 800gotjunk. I would suggest a customer service improvement, and possible differentiator from other providers; from the office would be a phone, or dare one say, a video option. But, do not let these possible improvements detract from the field work, which was great.

Michael G and his assistant KA did a great job. They arrived in the time window after calling to give me a time frame and calling again to give me 15 minutes, as I requested. They were thorough, friendly and gave me a fair estimate to do the job.
