The receptionist who answered the phone at 1-800-GOT-JUNK? booked my appointment with kindness and proficiency. On the day of the hauling-out, the movers called exactly when they were supposed to in advance of their arrival. They showed up on time. They were professional and cordial and efficient and thorough and patient and speedy. The two guys who came, Carlos and Anthony, were everything good! I've used 1-800-GOT-JUNK ? in Maryland in 2022 and now in California in 2023, and in both cases they were a pleasure to work with -- assuring and reliable. A big relief. At the end of the arduous process of "clearing clutter," it's wonderful to have these guys swoop in and take it all away! So grateful!
