The movers were quick, polite and professional. For all the furniture that was removed and had to carry down 3 flights of stairs (no elevator) the price was better than I expected, however, I did not expect to be asked for a gratuity although I was told it was only voluntary but I paid it. I would have liked for the sales person to tell me about that at the very beginning. Other than that It was great service.
