Excellent customer service both in person and on telephone. The gentleman who was my point person on site both today and a couple of weeks ago is excellent all around. Timely arrival, professional personnel that are courteous and careful, no cleanup when the personnel depart. Outstanding service to get rid of items that are no longer wanted / needed. Strongly recommend to seniors that are trying to "down size" and don't know how to get rid of items no longer needed.

We were emptying a house that had been vacant for a few years. They were fast, efficient, polite. They did their best to fit everything in the truck that we wanted gone. Not only that they explained the extra charges for mattresses and TV's. I also feel the price was fair for all the work they did.
