The two young men who picked up my junk were very friendly and clearly communicated with me about what I wanted collected and what to leave. The cost of the service was discussed with me, and as I increased the amount to be collected, the added cost was clearly discussed. They cleaned up the garage following the collection of items. I was very happy with the service they provided.
