The gentleman arrived very professional Mr. Vernon Gibson and Mr. Shane Heart. They entered my home to assess my item and advised me there was a steep charge, and was I informed on the website I would have decided and paid at that time but did not see this or missed it. We’ll, they immediately contacted their supervisor and explained the situation and was able to get the item taken away at discount. I understand now how y’all work so next time I’ll know and share with others how great this service is and what the expectations are. Thank you
