Professional, efficient, very careful. Really appreciated the team's willingness to strategize on how to remove a particularly large item from a room. They ended up taking off a door, then they replaced it perfectly before they left. Timely, so polite - really appreciated their work.

Clear communication from reservation to pickup, extremely friendly crew, and they even called to let me know they could come a little earlier than expected. It is critically important during Moving Week that all crews are over-communicative and prompt, and 1-800-GOT-JUNK was all of that and more.
