The appointment was on schedule. There was a slight misunderstanding regarding the price quoted on the phone. The service men resolved the issue immediately with their supervisor. I was wowed by their level of respect from my missing their initial call , my call back and their final ETA, it was amazing. All I can say is, I'm an elderly and it was good to see there are still young men out there who still carry the values my generation were raised with. Job well done 1-800-Got Junk.
