The pickup was fine and timely, just did not received the Same Day Discount after entering the code: BOOKTODAY18" upon scheduling yesterday's pickup.

When a call is made to your company the representative there needs to explain the process better ( training). I told here exactly what I had and she quoted a price. When the drivers arrived they had a different. If I had told them no what a waste of time and fuel that would have been. Your drivers only do what they are supposed to do but it would be confusing for a person on a budget. Word of mouth can be the best of advertising and it could also be the worst. They were respectable to the property. They collected the heavy furniture and moved them away without hitting any walls or other belonging. They were extremely careful.

All I know is Jeremy and David exhibited both kind hospitality and hard skilled work. That’s rare to find.
