Joel Garcia is an excellent employee with your company. He called me ahead of schedule to ask if he could come early and of course I was happy to have service sooner than later. Mr. Garcia was very professional and explained to me up front what charge to expect based on the items to be hauled away. He also told me that he could take an old TV for an additional charge of $25.00 and it will be recycled and I thought that was fair. My discount for using this company was honored. Joel was very efficient and polite. His assistant was so very helpful and removed an old file cabinet from upstairs for haul away. Mr. Garcia did any excellent job today and I would recommend him personally to anyone needing service from 800-got-junk.
