Arrived on time. They were quick, friendly and professional.

The guys were on time, friendly, and took out the items that I wanted hauled away in an efficient manner.

The two workers were extremely friendly and pleasant - made me feel a lot better about the condition of the house I inherited which I would classify as a disaster but they said it was better than most of the houses they work in. They worked non stop but kept us informed every step of the way.

My husband and I were very pleased with the service we received this morning. I am also very thankful they have Sunday hours (I booked the appointment online late Friday night), as we are moving out of state in a few days, and we didn't realize how much "junk" we had to get rid of until we really started packing, and by then it was too late to get a dumpster. They showed up well within the stated time frame (technically they were a little early, but it was all fine because they called about 20 minutes before their arrival to make sure it was OK to head on over). They were also very polite and hard-working. I would definitely recommend 1-800-GOT-JUNK.
