Alex and Cameron called ahead of their arrival and they were very professional and courteous upon arrival. They confirmed with me the items to be removed and asked me several times if I had any concerns or questions. They were polite, smiling and just did a great job in a timely manner removing a large treadmill from our home! I will definitely recommend your company to my friends! Thank you!

We were very pleased with 1-800-GOT-JUNK. I was conveniently able to schedule a next day pick-up. David and Alex were great! They called to let me know they were 15 mins out and then arrived on time. They were so friendly and informative. I appreciated the explanation of what happens to the items I disposed of. David and Alex's customer service skills are an A+! We will definitely use them again!
