Their web site is easy to use/set up date etc for removal; their system calls you closer to the date for time windows, and on the day of removal, the system calls again to confirm and the driver himself calls you and lets you know where he is, in case you have to give him special instructions. Also, as I have used them before in recent years for either junk or furniture removal, their staff is kind, courteous, friendly and very good to work with. Today I had Mr. Rex Wheeldon who picked up a living room chair we were disposing of. What I liked is that he explained that the chair was still in good shape and needed just minor cosmetic repairs and that it would be repurposed for charitable purposes; I really appreciated that and enjoyed Mr. Wheeldon's caring and professionalism. I've used this company several times and they always meet or exceed my expectations, and are the best at what they do.
