First of all, the process of arranging the service was excellent. The individual explained everything to me in detail and stayed with me on the phone until everything had been arranged. Then the young man who was picking up my items called me twice to let me know when he would be arriving. Most importantly, his attitude was kind and positive, which I appreciated.
