The communication was great. The lead worker, David, was absolutely wonderful. He worked hard, kept me informed, and got my input whenever needed. It was a huge move out job that was done quickly and efficiently. I will definitely call them again when needed..

The Got Junk crew that helped me yesterday went above and beyond. We had to gut my deceased uncle's house, and it was a big job. Jason B, JD, Clayton, and Corbin all worked so hard and so efficiently. They were courteous and accommodating. I've never worked with a junk removal company before, and before I hired them, I was wary of working with a gruff, irritable crew (because of other experiences with plumbers and tree-removers who had no people skills whatsoever), but these guys were the exact opposite of that. By the end of the job, they easily could have been impatient and annoyed and cutting corners just to get done faster, but they didn't. They asked me, "Is there anything more you need removed from this room? How does this look? Did we get everything?" They put aside things of value before automatically tossing them. They were really personable and kind and positive. The work had to have been exhausting, but they just seemed to power through it with a positive attitude and a sense of humor, which made me feel less stressed out. I didn't know what to expect hiring a junk removal company, but this was a really positive first experience, and I'd highly recommend them. They were a great group of guys.
