I am so impressed with 1-800-GOT-JUNK customer service. 1-800-GOT-JUNK has figured out how to use technology along with human interaction to provide excellent customer service. In saying that I would like to provide background on my experience. I used the internet to schedule 1-800-GOT-JUNK to pick-up an extremely heavy filing cabinet. About 45 minutes later I get a call from a real person telling me the approximate time the truck would arrive at the house and asked if I had any questions. Then 1-800-GOT-JUNK sent 2 of the best employees (Brennen and Justin R.) to pick-up the filing cabinet. The cabinet was so large and heavy that it could not be loaded onto the truck. Instead of saying the job could not be done, they used their work skill set and resourcefulness to contact a colleague (Justin S. - another excellent employee) to come and assist with the lifting of the cabinet into the truck. I have had other vendors tell me 'sorry the job cannot be completed.' That is not the case with the 3 employees (Brennen, Justin R., and Justin S.) that did my work order - they were outstanding. Regarding Brennen, Justin R., and Justin S. I really appreciated their professionalism. They answered all my questions in respectful way and most of all the job was completed successfully. You should give these 3 employees a raise or at least a monetary bonus, mainly because if I got something in the future to move, I will be contacting 1-800-GOT-JUNK, and it is because of the professional actions of Brennen, Justin R., and Justin S.
