Deon and his co-worker were very polite and respectful. I asked several questions and Deon did not seem to mind answering. They removed an old 100+ pound CRT TV that I had since 2001. I had become quite attached to the TV (which still worked) and Deon was kind enough to take a picture of me and my TV for old times sake. They called ahead and came very close to the stated time. I plan to use 1-800-got-junk again and have no problem recommending them to friends or family.
