Super friendly and the customer service was so great! I received a phone call with their arrival time frame, and a call when they were on their way, which is much appreciated since I had to drop off my son at school. They had no problem waiting a few minutes. The guys were so friendly and did a great job!

Joel showed up on time. He was very professional. Our 3rd garage was packed with large and heavy items. He estimated that everything would fit in 1 truck. We were thinking it would not. He had a back up truck in case it was needed. He fit it ALL in one truck and packed the entire load by himself!! This is the best service of any kind we have had in a LONG time. We will be using 1-800-GOT-JUNK again.
