Gave me a 2 hour window. Texted me when they were going to be on the later side of the window. Called and texted me when they were 20 minutes out. One of their competitors didn't even show up or called to cancel. Would use 1800-Got-Junk again.

Easy to schedule. Contact immediate. Called informing us of an earlier pick-up time. Marcus and Isa were professional and polite. We were also impressed that useable items are given to charities and non-useable used for bio-fuel.
