They kept at it. I called the corp number, and scheduled an estimate. The gentlemen that came for the estimate were delightful, polite, interested, communicated well with me, called the office to confirm some details, and left me with an estimate of $495 and also a coupon for $50 off. When the team was here to do the work, it was a challenging situation - we had a hot tub in the back yard and it had to go through multiple gates, and lots of angles and turns. They remained positive, very professional attitudes, and perseverance paid off! The downside, (I did not reduce the rating because of this): When the gentlemen left the day of the estimate, they gave me their manager's card, when I was ready to schedule, I was to call him directly. I called that day, the next day, and left a total of 4 messages with no return call. I called corp # again, and scheduled the actual junk removal. The gentlemen that came that time, said it was too big of a job, that it was going to cost more, that it was going to require 2 crews, and asked if I arranged this with their manager - told them he never returned my calls. The phone number on the business card was not his number. So, they started in with "for a hot tub, it is always more than the $495, AND it always requires 2 crews". The estimate I got from the team that was on site, was $495, and they were aware of the complexities, etc. They agreed to honor the $495. BUT - they were not going to be able to get another crew here that day. They did offer the option to disassemble the hot tub and that would take another hour and cost more $$. I asked - what was the purpose of the estimate?? In the end, we agreed that they would come back with an additional crew. They were able to call the office and get it scheduled for the next morning. I was told MULTIPLE times that they were working with a new app, that was very complicated and not very user friendly or accurate. The gentlemen that came to our home were excellent and were all determined to deliver a quality product. They were pleasant and smiling and laughing through the long arduous process of getting that hot tub out of our yard! Sounds like some internal stuff could use a little polish!

I had 3 young men ,so pleasant, efficient and helpful. What a blessing to have someone graciously do all the dirty work gathering the junk around my house and drive it away. I would recommend this service to anybody.

After they moved the bricks I wanted to be removed they swept where the bricks had been.
