I was very happy with the service that I received. Nik & Andy were very nice, friendly, quick and helpful. If I ever have other large items I need to get rid of I will call again. It was very easy and I don't have to worry about how to get rid of the Loveseat any more. Thank you Nik & Andy, you guys were Great.

Truck arrived within the specified timeframe. The driver called prior to arriving. Employees were personable, professional, efficient, and took great care not to damage walls while moving bulky items. Good price.

All of the employees that I dealt with were professional, courteous, and efficient. I spoke with two customer service reps in the office (Sinthuja and Nicki) and Darren the Ops Manager. The two young men (Matthew and Frankie) that came to my home to remove my unwanted items astonished me. I could not believe how fast they loaded all of the items that were so heavy and awkward. They were punctual, respectful, efficient and FAST, accomplishing everything in under under a half hour. I was REALLY amazed!!!! I highly recommend "GOT JUNK?". What a relief!
