They were early and thorough with explaining the pricing to me. Additionally made it easy to pay remotely as I am at the corporate office and the home is offsite.

Kevin and Cameron gave us a timely heads up on their proposed arrival time, and met that time. They picked up a cabinet that we have no further use for and explained how the company would try to donate it to, e.g., ARC, Habitat for Humanity, etc. They were very courteous and did a great job explaining what options and services were available to us.

I called the 800 number and they were there within an hour and a half. The two gentlemen that came were professional and extremely courteous and helpful! I would definitely recommend one 800 got junk to my friends and family! It was an awesome experience.

They were clear about pricing and even tried to help us out to minimize the cost as much as possible. Basically played extreme tetris but it played out well!
