Everyone I worked with was very polite and professional. The two folks who came out set a good example for the company. The pricing and logistics could be improved. Not knowing the cost until they arrive gave me sticker shock. Setting a 2 hour window is not ideal, especially not knowing when in the window they will arrive until right before.
