Easy online scheduling; responsive confirmation of appointment and when they will arrive; excellent customer service by the drivers; and very reasonable prices. Best of all, my junk is gone! AND they recycle what they can! I know there are other companies doing the same thing, but i think 1-800-GOT-JUNK is the best!
