The appointment was easy to book, the Company employees were polite and right on time, and the cost was completely reasonable. I booked an appointment yesterday afternoon for a pickup during a time window of 8:30 to 10:30 AM today. The Company employees (Dylan and Liam) called me when they were 20 minutes out and were here at 8:40 as they predicted. First, they gave me background regarding the recycling and repurposing the Company does with the "junk" they pickup; second, they also gave me the pricing range for removal of the items I wanted to get rid of. They then got straight to work, working quickly and finishing within 10 minutes. The actual cost was on the lower end of the estimate they provided. I gave them my credit card and they were gone with a bunch of junk I have wanted to get rid of for years! I have used 1-800-GOT-JUNK before and they are terrific. The cost is worth it, as they take many items that one cannot place in trash. I recommend them highly.
