Dyshawn and Richard were professional and informative while providing a comfortable experience.

They came out very quickly and removed our item for a fair price. We were put in a jam by our trash collection company when they refused to pick up a freezer because it contained freon. We weren't made aware of this before hand when we paid for the pick up so the item was already at the curb and would have been very difficult to get back inside. We really needed it to be picked up quickly and 1800-Got-Junk was able to do that for us.
