I had only called to get a couple mattresses removed from my deceased mother's apartment. But the guys who arrived explained that they could also remove all the stuff I wanted to get donated, as well as move a couple pieces I wanted to keep at my apartment. Not only that, but they removed some pieces that another company was supposed to remove 2 years ago but couldn't because lockdown had started. They were sooooo helpful!! And I can't express how grateful I was!!!!!!

The guys arrived before the scheduled time. They were very professional telling me all about what to expect concerning how pricing was determined. They worked together to get the job done and offered to clean up the area where my junk was removed. They definitely earned 10. Thank you

Where to start? I accidentally scheduled on the wrong day, and emailed support to reschedule at 8:10 PM. I received a reply with reschedule confirmation from Alessandra in 18 minutes... again, AFTER 8 PM CT. I wasn't expecting a reply until at least the middle of the next business day, but instead I had confirmation almost instantly.The two gentlemen (I apologize, I'm bad with names) that arrived to pick up my junk were respectful, friendly, and efficient. I was cleaning my apartment for move-out, and we were all waiting for an empty truck to be brought by for my load. They offered to help me with my cleaning while we waited.I really appreciate how hassle free, efficient, and easy it is to work with you, from:1. scheduling online for a specific time window2. getting status updates day-of with an even closer estimation of when to expect them within the two hour window.3. extremely responsive support, if needed4. going above and beyond during the actual jobThank you, and you have absolutely earned my business in the future
