Keaton and Dinsmore were really cool dudes. They called 2 different times to confirm my appointment time and their ETA. They also explained how the pricing works and where items end up (donations or recycling). As this was my first time using this service, I couldn't have asked for nicer people to collect my items. 1-800-GOT-JUNK is the real deal! I highly recommended them!

This service was excellent.Luis and Donovan the two uniformed associates that did the loading were fantastic: they showed up on-time, we’re polite, professional and helpful. (They also offered to help move and organize other boxes in my garage!)All pricing was fair and clearly communicated on a chart they shared with me.
