They were very easy to work with and kept me informed about the pickup.I feel the price was too high, but I'm alone and needed to get something that was broken out of my home. Regular trash pickup wouldn't do it.The driver was a very nice man.

Great!! The guys were extremely polite and courteous. They worked quickly, were thorough and careful. They were also very thoughtful in that they saw a couple of items i.e. a fallen tree branch and some bricks they so kindly asked if I would like them disposed of. These guys were very knowledgeable of the process, from billing to what they can take and what the could not take. I am most appreciative and grateful to the company for the services you provide, the awesome training and high caliber of customer service, and customer oriented employees working for you. Yes, I will share with everyone I know about 1-800-GOT-JUNK and my experience.
