The communication is excellent from the time the appointment is made. The website is easy to navigate. I love that some of the items can be donated to an organization that can use it. The two times we've used Got Junk, both teams of employees have been outstanding. Professional, friendly, courteous, communicative, and we couldn't be more pleased both times. Dispatch and the drivers keep in touch at all times. Should we need again, the call to Got Junk will be made enthusiastically. Thank you!

The guy that came over was great, very pleasant, speedy and just perfect. My issue is with the misleading prices. I was told 150 on the phone then got told 500. Make the prices more available before suckering people in.
