Easy to make an appointment and they arrived on time. In fact they were early, which was great. Logan and James were very friendly and accommodating.

The driver was working solo and had to wait well over an hour for an additional employee to help him lift an extremely heavy upright freezer into the truck. He was very pleasant and didn’t complain at all.
