Your staff from my first call to having my items removed were extremely courteous, professional, and friendly. They cleaned up after themselves and were very quick and efficient. They helped make a stressful time go very smoothly and I appreciated all they did.

I like the idea that Connor called me near the beginning of the time frame window to let me know that they would be there closer to the end of the window because of some jobs they were finishing up elsewhere. And he followed up with a call to me to let me know they would be there in half an hour. I really appreciate that follow through---so hard sometimes to get that kind of courteous customer service behaviour. This is actually the second time I have used your services in the last 2 months. Both times, I have been impressed with the professional, courteous and thorough job that your employees have done.
