Customer service was excellent!

There was a mix up over times for pick up and I was in a tight schedule due to the house closing. The gentlemen who showed up bright and early were amazing, considerate and gave me a discount for my trouble. Absolutely amazing and would recommend again.

Communicates promptly and professionally from the initial contact until pick up was completed.Employees are friendly and polite and worked quickly and efficiently.Final invoice was as quoted.

At first I was a little disappointed in 1800 got junk, due to booking, I booked online. They were supposed to come Monday but couldn't, I received a call from them apologizing, I appreciated that, things happen, I get it. Then Tuesday I got the same phone call again saying sorry we're unable to come again today (Tuesday), at that point I was feeling a little unsure if I called the right company. I felt like that until the truck was actually in my driveway on Wednesday, and talk to the two professional employees that were sent my way. I'm sorry they told me their names but I don't remember (I'm bad with names) they both were very kind and courteous,friendly to the point I feel like I knew them, which to me who works with customers everyday is very important. So to finalize my survey I would highly recommend 1800 got junk due to the two employees that were sent to my address. They saved the day, or the past few days.
