The people who pick up the junk are always friendly, careful, neat, polite, kind, a real joy to work with.Also, I didn't have to wait long to get a pick up appointment. I got one for the very next morning. The pricing policy was explained as soon as my appt was confirmed, so there were no surprises.This was the third time in two years that I called 1800GotJunk and I have always been very satisfied with the service.

The gentlemen fully explained the pricing estimate before they started the job. They routinely had me check to verify that each major part of the clear out had been successfully completed according to my directions before proceeding to the next area.
