The young man who showed up promptly at 10:20 was very helpful and accommodating to my instructions on what to remove and what to leave. There were 5 areas from which to remove junk but this did not faze him. His partner showed up with a second truck, later but went to work right away. I very much appreciate their thoroughness. The job involved having to remove a couple of items that were screwed down and also having to dismantle an old dresser to make it fit on the truck. They conscientiously loaded metal items on the separate truck for recycling. I am pleased with their excellent efforts and with the same day service.

This is the 4th time I have used the service - twice in Toronto and twice in Barrie. The trucks are always on time, the two workers are always efficient and friendly and well-spoken. I had tried for a cheaper service before calling you - the man was unpleasant right from the start, so I cancelled that. Your company is definitely the best way to get rid of unwanted stuff that I'm not able to take to the dump myself. Thank you.
