Your guys arrived at my place on time and both of them were very clean and polite. They provided a quote right away and asked me if I wanted to proceed. I told them I was still waiting for an email quote from Just Junk but instead of waiting for that email I called their office back and got a price over the phone. I came back to the guys with Just Junk's price and they asked me if I didn't mind waiting a few minutes so they could call their office to see if the boss would match Just Junk's price as they're already here now and the couch can be gone today if it gets authorized at the lower price. You matched their price without me having to go back inside to my office and get and copy of their quote for your guys to look it over before giving me my final price which is a sign that you're a very honourable company to deal with. This entire experience with 1-800-GOT-JUNK has been simply amazing ... from the time I placed a phone call yesterday to get a quote, to the guys showing up today to give me that quote and then hauling my piece away has all taken place in under 24 hours. I would like to make the following statement that I, or anyone in my family including any friends of ours do not work for nor do we have any affiliation with 1-800-GOT-JUNK. I called you based on TV commercials and ads I've seen online which ended up in me having a very pleasant overall interaction with your company so if I need your services in the future I'll be calling you again as well as I'll share my experience with anyone that might need your services.

The guys were very helpful got all the stuff out of the driveway and some from my shed. Driveway is nice and clean again. They arrive on time and did a great job. I am happy the junk is all gone they guys were great. I have seen them in my area before as well.
