They arrived and the job was completed quickly and efficiently! I needed to clean things out for my last day before I move. What a relief!

I booked a last minute "same-day pick-up" online, and I found that the large amount of communication between the office and driver (via text and calls) to be a huge benefit. I.e. I have the convenience of inputting details of pick up online, but then the customer service and reassurance of time of arrival from the individual that will be picking up. I got the confirmation email instantly, but it is always nice to hear from a service (phone) that they will be arriving. Also of course friendly service on site too! It was my first time using 1-800-GOT-JUNK and I plan on using the book ahead feature when I will be de-cluttering before I move houses. Thank you so much to the team!

Team was excellent - cleaned out our student home that was occupied by squatters - was a real mess - and they cleaned out damaged furniture and items, some if it soiled, very quickly....
