It's funny, what I remember most is how each man met my eye and smiled. They were courteous and warm. Very professional about the quote. Careful in my house without any comments from me, and even offered to take a small flower pot of garden supply garbage off my porch on their way out. I bragged about them to my work colleagues today!It's always a bit weird to have strangers in your house, not these guys - they felt like sweet neighbours doing me a favour.Anne M
