Great customer service, very friendly.

The 2 workers were very professional . They were friendly and were open to removing all the items we suggested even though some of the items were heavy and difficult to move. They did not complain but maintained a very positive attitude. The lead guy was very pleasant and took his time to explain how to manage a difficult area to remove items from and looked at creative ways to move these items. We will definitely use I've Got Junk again.

Excellent service, very professional and courteous. The drivers called me before my time window to let me know that they would likely arrive toward the end of the window. Then they called me 25 minutes before their arrival to let me know they were on their way. I really appreciated that they took the time to do that. Once they were here, the provided me with a quote that I was happy with, and then quickly loaded the items and even swept the entire area of dirt even though the dirt was not created by them! I was very impressed, and would not hesitate to use this service again!
